Terms of Purchase — Pocket Convert
The product
Pocket Convert is free to download and use. The optional Pocket Convert Pro unlock (product pocketconvert_pro_lifetime) removes the limits on the app's calculators. It is a one-time purchase — not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, and the unlock does not expire.
Price and payment
- The price is the one shown in Google Play for your country at the moment of purchase; it may vary by country and currency.
- Payment is processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your card or payment details.
- The unlock is tied to the Google account that made the purchase. On a new device, sign in with the same account and use Restore purchases in the app's Settings to re-activate Pro at no extra cost.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policies. You can request a refund from your Google Play order history, or contact us at hophat2721996@gmail.com and we will help you with the process. If a purchase completed but Pro did not unlock, contact us first — in most cases Restore purchases fixes it, and if it does not, we will help you obtain a refund through Google Play.
Using the app
- Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Pocket Convert and its Pro features on your own devices.
- The app works fully offline. Nothing in these terms requires the app to contact a server, and the app collects no data — see the Privacy Policy.
Calculations are aids, not guarantees
Pocket Convert's converters and calculators (including electrical, construction and laboratory calculators) are provided as convenience aids. Results depend on the values and assumptions you enter. For professional, safety-critical or regulated work, verify results against applicable codes, standards and measurements before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, Gulagi is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a calculation without such verification.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this same address with a new effective date. Changes do not affect purchases already completed: a Pro unlock bought before a change remains valid under the terms at the time of purchase.
